I'm a BzzAgent. If you know me then you know I love free items. Being a BzzAgent means that I receive a lot of product samples and coupons. I received a coupon so that I could purchase a free Glade Expressions.

The fragrences smell so good. I used the Oil Diffuser in my living room. As soon as someone comes into my house they smell it right away. It's still a strong scent, just like it was the first day i opened it. I also like the fact that it's spill proof because my husband is clumsy and stuff always ends up getting spilled. lol

The Glade Fragrence Mist was used for my bathroom. It's refillable so it's like the best of both worlds. I love sprays but they are always needing to be replaced. I love refillable things. I recommend both of these Glade products. I've been passing out coupons to all my friends and family so that they can get one at a discounted price.

I hope everybody had a great weekend. I have had a very busy weekend. Barely had any time to blog. My packers will be here first thing in the morning. I'm trying to get everything that I will need until I meet back up with my household goods. I'm not sure when I will meet back up with everything. As of right now I don't even know when we will leave Washington because the date that we are given continues to change. The biggest thing is to get all the stuff out of the house and be ready for our move out inspection when it's time to go.

today was a good day. My husband had duty Sunday night and came home this morning. We got to spend the entire day together. I had a great time with him! We did dinner and a movie and afterwards went to our favorite bar in Downtown Bremerton and played darts and shot some pool. Great ending to a stressful couple of days.

I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a good day for me. I plan to sit back and watch the movers do their job. I'm hoping nothing will get broken in the process. I have a late lunch date with my friend Brittany. That will happen if the movers are done by 4pm, which they should be.

I think I caught one of those 24 hour viruses that started around 2am. My tummy was hurting really bad so I took some baking soda and hot water. I always take that when I have a tummy ache. I managed to go to sleep. Then woke up around 7am because I had to vomit. Sorry for the TMI.

I don't know what made me sick. I only had breakfast and lunch. I had no appetite for dinner last night. I also drank a few bottles of water and a can of sweet tea. When i threw up it was brown, only think I could think that it was was the last thing I had to drink, which was the sweet tea.

I checked my temperature and it was 100.6.  This evening when my husband came home, he gave me an Ice pack to put behind my neck and a cold rag to put on my forehead. I drank some ginger ale and had some chicken and rice soup with crackers. This finally settled my stomach down. During the day I was only drinking a little bit of water every few hours because I felt so sick and dizzy.

It is now 10:15 pm and I'm feeling much better. I am still a little dizzy. My temp is currently 99.4. I decided to take a picture to show that i'm feeling much better. I don't look sick at all right now. lol. but I still do not feel great, I do feel better though!

1. If you were stuck on an island, what are the two material items you would want to have?
My purse with all it's contents and my cell phone

1. Best Valentines Day you've ever had
This years was the best. We fell asleep in the living room watching movies the night before. When I woke up I saw my surprises in the bedroom.

2. Worst Valentines Day you've ever had
I've never had one. If I was single then it didn't bother me. Me and my friends make each other feel special. When I was little my aunt that raised me, would buy us candy on valentines day.

3. What did you do for Valentines this year?
Just stayed home and had dinner and spent time with my husband.

4. Best Valentines Idea if you're single.
Not to even worry about it. Valentines Day is just another day. People that are in relationships use it as a reason to purchase each other gifts, but hey, you can do that any day!

5. Favorite Valentines Candy?
Chocolates, of course! You can eat a ton of chocolate without feeling guilty. (here's some TMI: my period started the evening of valentines day, my husband had gotten me a ton of chocolate for valentines day, well since it was that not so special time of the month, lets say I've eaten almost half of the chocolate! lol)

6. Favorite Valentines Memory from your childhood.
I can't think of any. I always had a party at school. I know I use to love going to buy those cards that come with the candy. I would get all excited to write to: such and such from: Leisure
Haha. I guess I have a memory after all

I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend!

I haven't been blogging a lot lately. I've been busy with some other things. We are in the process of moving and trying to get things in order for that big move within the next ten days. I've probably only had time to blog about 2 times a day. I always have a lot to say but not any time to put my words on my blog :-(
In the next few weeks I will be back to blogging on a regular basis.

My Husband and I decided to go to the Casino around 1am. It was a last minute decision. His work schedule has changed and he's working nights and got off at 12am and wanted to go to the casino. I haven't been going out much lately. My body is still not use to doing much so after an hour or two I feel like im ready to go home and relax. lol.

I've been recovering well from my breast reduction surgery. You can click HERE if you would like to check out my other blog that I've dedicated just to my surgery and my recovery.

I'm still on my natural hair journey. I know that I haven't posted any updates lately. I will have to start documenting it again. I plan to get my hair braided in individuals later this evening. This is one of my favorite Winter protective hairstyles. I will post pictures tomorrow.

We still have left over rose pedals on the floor from Valentines Day. lol

I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I hope everybody had a great Valentines Day so far. Yesterday and today were good days for me. We had a wonderful dinner together last night. We watched movies and fell asleep on the couch last night.

So when I woke up I did what I normally do but I didnt go into the bedroom till around 11am. Then I saw this! lol

This Dude was in my bed holding all my gifts for me. It was so cute. I can't see well without my glasses or contacts so it was kind of a blurr when I first saw it. lol. I had to run into the living room and grab my glasses. lol. but it was cute either way! haha

I'm so happy. My husband and I haven't been able to spend holidays and valentines Day together yet, due to his work schedule. So today is the first time that we have had a Real Valentines Day! I would of never guessed that he had a bag full of goodies and a HUGE teddy bear. lol.

I'm so thankful that I have this wonderful man in my life. I appreciate all that he does for me and for us as a family.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

I wanted to make my Husband something this year for Valentines Day. I'm always on Pinterest and I come across so many ideas. I'm pin ning things left and right and i'm never taking time out to create any of my ideas.

I ended up making my Husband a Man Bouquet! It's not flowers. It's all the things that he enjoys. I have some candy, energy drinks, shots of liquor, chap stick and lotto scratch offs. What more could my man want? lol. I will probably try to squeeze a few more items into his "Bouquet" today.

I know he's going to enjoy this little treat. I want to show it to him now, but i'm going to wait till tomorrow to give it to him.

Valentines Day sort of sneaked up on me this year. I almost forgot about it. I haven't even mentioned to him what I want, well besides a new Jeep, but I ask for that ALL the time. lol

How I Created the Man Bouquet
What you will need:
Skewers (wooden sticks)
Flower Foam
Glue Gun
Decorated Tissue Paper
Vase or Flower Pot
Items for your Bouquet (i.e. shot bottles, chap stick etc.)

Directions:
I used the glue gun to add glue to the back of each item then I stuck a wooden stick to it. You have to stick the sticks to the glue asap because the glue dries up fast.

I put some glue at the bottom of my vase and then put the tissue paper in there.

Next you will add the flower foam to your vase. I had to cut mines so that it would fit my vase

Begin to add your wooden sticks by sticking them into the flower foam and organizing them as you like.

Today Im linking up with Newlywed Moments through the Tell Me About it Tuesday Blog Hop. She's trying to help out a fellow blogger friend Christie at Satisfaction Through Christ. Read the story below!

Newlywed Moments

Many of you know and follow Christie of Satisfaction Through Christ. She and her husband adopted a baby girl in 2011, and are adopting another girl this April! But adoptions are expensive. They need to raise $35,000 by the time she is born, and $10,000 this week.

Click here to read her post about their new baby girl. What can we as bloggers do to help? I'm open to hearing your ideas, but a few things I can think of that I know Christie would appreciate are (1) share this with as many people as possible, (2) donate something to her upcoming online auction, and (3) donate money if you can. Also, and above all, the biggest thing we can do is PRAY. So will you join me in this? Here is more info from Christie below...

I have been so overwhelmed by the generosity shown towards our family over the last few days.  The response has been amazing and I'm at a loss for words on how to say thank you.  I'm praying that the Lord will give me the proper words at some point.  Words will never be enough, though.

Last night we had a $10 donation come in from a friend.  I emailed her thanking her for her donation and she quickly expressed sadness at not being able to give more.  I told her that every little bit helps...and it does.

If you're anything like me, all you've seen is $35,000 and thought, "There's no way I can help with that."

I get it and I know -- it's so much bigger than any one of us but it's not too big for God!

This morning the Lord laid an idea on my heart and I've fought Him all day about presenting it to you, but I know that He hasn't called us to walk this road alone.  So, I'm excited to present our biggest fundraising effort yet....

Operation {Adoption} 10:10:1
10 Days: $10: 1 Baby Girl
Goal = $10,000

Our adoption agency has given us 15 days to raise $10,000.  We are praying for 1,000 friends to come alongside of us and donate just $10 each.

I know $35,000 is overwhelming.

I know $10,000 is overwhelming.

But $10 is a little less overwhelming.

So, would you commit to partnering with us and would you commit to praying for us?

If so, simply use the PayPal donation widget below and please leave a comment with your first name.  I'd love to use each of your names in a special project for our little girl; something she can always have to remember how many people helped bring her home.

And, if you're so moved, would you share this post?  On your blog, on social media, through email?  May the LORD be glorified in it all...

Goal = $10,000

My husband had the weekend off. He hasn't had the weekend off in about a month.  We couldn't wait to finally be able to spend some time together. He has been working long hours and getting off work around 10 pm plus duty every four days. It's nice to get time off from work. Plus I love date nights!

Saturday we went to Port Townsend. It's a small old beach town about an hour outside of Bremerton, WA. It sort of felt like San Diego a little bit with the beach area. The only problem was it was about 35 degrees. Not beach weather at all. lol. We took a walk on the beach and found a nice rock and wrote our name and the date on it. Cute piece of memorabilia. My friend told me about this idea and I loved it!

We also stopped through Fort Worden. It's a multi use park with over two miles of saltwater shoreline. Fort Worden over looks Puget Sound. This is where they filmed the movie "Officer and a Gentlemen". It's an old Army base that is no longer in use. I believe it was decommissioned in the 80's. There's a ton of historic buildings.

The only downside of this visit is that since it's a Washington State Park you have to purchase a discover pass to park anywhere in the park. We drove to three different parts of the park and parked at each site. Our one day discover pass was $10. If you plan to visit State Parks often then the yearly parking pass is $30. I've never heard of this so I thought it was weird. I hear the money goes towards keeping the parks up so that's a good thing!

Super Bowl Sunday!!!
We decided to go to the bar and watch the game. We were both cheering for San Francisco. Funny things is, we aren't fans of the San Francisco 49ers! lol. but hey, we had to pic a side. I figured they are from my home state so that's good enough. Maybe my San Diego Chargers will make the Super Bowl next year. It's nice to dream big!

We ended up going to two bars. Once in Bremerton and one in Manette. The one in Bremerton had a ton of specials on food and drinks plus free popcorn. The one in Manette had free food! It was like going to a tail gate. I loved it! We played pool at both bars and met a few friends while we were there.

My weekend went so well that I did not want it to end. Well today is Monday and my husband has already left for work. It's time for me to clean this house up and take care of business. I'm enrolled in Online classes and this is week two of the semester so I have a lot of studying to do today.
they had a breathalyzer inside of the bar. My husband registered as being over the legal limit. lol. But no worries, I was the designated driver!
