1/4 cup of flax seeds
2 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon honey
squeeze of lemon
Bring it to a boil. Stir.
When you see a white coating covering the top then you know it's done. let cool a little.
When it's done then you will use a panty hose to line your container with
Pour some of the mixture in there. Then squeeze the gel out of the pantie hose. Do this using a tong, I use the metal tong.
Pour more and continue to squeeze. Do this until you have squeezed all the gel into your container. Now mix the gel up with a skewer stick and seal it in the container.
If you want, you can now add essential oils. Then sit it in the refrigerator. This should last about three weeks.
Make sure that it stays refrigerated when it's not in use.
Put your used flax seeds in a seal container and keep them so that you can reuse them next time!
